Sarracino Middle School is located in the middle Rio Grande Valley about 72 miles south of Albuquerque, New Mexico in a small municipality called Socorro, New Mexico. Our school is dedicated to excellence in education and academic achievement for grades 6 through 8. We have approximately 600 students and 35 staff members. We are proud of our school and welcome visitors to come and see what we are about.

Local points of interest in our community include the Very Large Array, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Old San Miguel Mission, and the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, located 20 miles south of Socorro.
